The project required detailed coordination of building systems, lighting upgrades, and new glass office fronts within a fully occupied environment, where construction activities had to be carefully sequenced around ongoing market operations.

Windward School Renovation & Gym Addition

Large-scale school renovation and athletic facility expansion including a 120,000 square foot renovation of the existing campus and construction of a 10,000 square foot gymnasium addition. The project included major upgrades to building systems, site utilities, and campus infrastructure, as well as reconstruction of approximately 115,000 square feet of parking areas and a 54,000 square foot athletic field supporting the expanded school facilities.
